You may look like you have it all together on the outside—but internally, something feels off.

Maybe you’re successful, responsible, and the person others rely on, yet you feel emotionally stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or like you’re simply going through the motions. You know you want more from life, but you’re not sure how to get there.

I work with high-functioning adults who are tired of just getting by. People who are successful and capable, but know something still feels off. Together, we work to better understand what’s keeping you stuck, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Real healing isn’t about becoming someone entirely different—it’s about becoming more fully yourself. Together, we’ll create a path forward that feels authentic, intentional, and aligned with the person you are becoming.

You don’t have to keep functioning on the surface while struggling underneath. Change is possible, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Reclaim your power. Rediscover your path.

Why Vire?

Vire comes from the Latin root vires, meaning strength, vitality, and resilience. At Vire Mental Health Counseling, we believe healing is not about becoming someone new — it is about reconnecting with the strength that has been there all along.

Therapy can help you move through difficult experiences, reclaim your power, and create a way forward that honors both where you’ve been and who you are becoming.
